My Birthday

Yesterday was my 16th birthday! I had a wonderful birthday! On Tuesday, I had a party with my friends. We had so much fun! Then I went to my best friend, Autumn's house and swam after the party. Then on Wednesday, my birthday, my parents took me about an hour away to a really nice restaurant and we shopped at the mall. We had a really good time! Then, last night, my relatives came over. It was definitely an awesome sweet sixteenth birthday! Sweet indeed. lol

Long time. No Post

Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in so long. I have been really busy.



Last week, on the 11th was my dad's 44th birthday. He had a really good one, and I made his cake. Since he is a high school math teacher, I put math equations on it. He really liked it. I put the slope intercept form of an equation, the graph of a line, the right triangle, and the pathagerean therom.



Then, on Saturday, was our friend, Megan's 20th birthday party. So, I made a cake for her birthday. That was really fun. We all wore party hats. lol



Then Sunday was the 40th year my uncle has been an ordained minister, so my family and I went to the church he pastors in the next town, where they had a special service for him and lunch afterwards.



Then, on Tuesday, I had my first babysitting job (besides my little cousin, Hagan). I babysat a girl age(8), a boy (5), and a baby boy (9 months) from 4:30 until 8:00. They are so cute. We had such a fun time.



Spring break is in 2 weeks. I can't wait. I am trying to work really hard on my school.



Please pray for my cousin, Tiffany. She has been sick with the flu. She is went back to work today though, so I think she is feeling some better.



What's up with everyone else? I will try to do a better job keeping up with blogland. lol

Date With Dad

My dad was off work today, so he took me on a date. It was really fun spending time with him during the day! I get to spend alot of time with my mom everyday and enjoy it alot, so it was fun getting to spend time with my dad!

So, my dad took me to a pizza place, where we devoured salad, pizza, and played games! It was very fun! Then, he took me to a consignment shop where I bought a skirt for fifty cents and a lime green cardigan sweater for two dollars and fifty cents. (Yes, Autumn you can certainly borrow it since both of our favorite colors are lime green! =) We need to have our clothes swap again. lol

So, my dad and I had a great time. We were going to see a movie, but nothing good was playing. I love you, Daddy!

Puzzle Pieces

My family and I worked a really pretty puzzle. It is a Thomas Kinkade puzzle. It took a really long time. It is circular and has 1,000 pieces! It was very fun though! We glued it together! Too much work to put back in the box...hehe



I was thinking as I was putting the puzzle pieces together, "What if we lose a piece and realize it after we work the whole puzzle?" I guess that's kind of like our life. It's not complete if we lose sight of the most important thing in life...Living our life for Jesus. What if we lose sight of what our goal in life is? When we don't put Him first in everything we do, I guess our life is like a puzzle with 999 pieces, and one piece missing..And then our life just doesn't make sense......Just Stacie's Thoughts...

Sisters

I have a wonderful sister! She is 17 and a half years old. She is 2 years, 1 month, and 3 days older than me. We have been best friends since we were really little! Ever since I was little, if I was sick or in a bad mood, she'd make me laugh. She still does. lol

I needed to get some Christmas shopping done for my mom because I am always with her when we do our shopping. So, Stephanie took me shopping last night and for ice cream! She is so sweet and we had so much fun!

HAGAN HAS ARRIVED!

Welcome, Baby Hagan! My second cousin was born yesterday at 11:57 am.

weight: 8 pounds, 11 and 3/4 ounces
length: 21 inches

He is so adorable! He didn't look like he had just been born. He's a big baby boy! I have never had any younger cousins, so I'm estatic!

Hola And Blessings

Hello everyone! What's new with your life? I hope that all of you have had a good weekend. I did! It is very hot here. I am looking forward to fall! It was 105 degrees the other day... We really need some rain! Pray that we will get some!
My sister and I went to see Daddy Day camp yesterday. It was a very funny movie! It was also great that it did not have bad language in it! Autumn, did you know that there is going to be a "Mr. Bean, Holiday" movie!?!? I am so pumped!~ I cannot wait until it comes out! We'll have to go see it together!
Also..I have some news to share. My cousin, Michael and his wife, Becca are expecting a baby. It is due on Oct. 13th. I am very excited! I have always been the youngest in both my mom's side of the family, and my dad's! Pray that the baby will be healthy! I think that they decided to name him, Hagan Michael. God blesses us in so many ways. My papaw passed away and went on to be with the Lord last year on August 31st. I know that this year on Aug. 31, it will be a really hard day for my mom and my family. But what is really cool is that God is blessing us with a new life! And the baby shower "just happens" to be on Sep. 1st. So something to look forward to!
I can't wait till Hagan arrives! This is part of the reason I'm so excited about fall! And I'm really excited for it not to be so hot outside! I also love watching the leaves turn beautiful colors.
Well I hope everyone has a good week, and for those who are in school, have a great week in school! I can't believe that I have already been back in school for about 3 weeks! Time flys!
